Radio offers the Government exciting and innovative ways to deliver important messages through integrated campaigns.
There's much more to Radio than just spot schedules. Radio's natural affinity for the internet means that consumers are used to listening whilst they browse and that Radio audiences are used to visiting station websites. In April 2008 alone, commercial Radio station sites had over 369,000 unique browsers, the perfect digital environment for deeper consumer engagement.
Radio is naturally more flexible than other media, offering advertisers the opportunity to incorporate messages directly into programming content. Announcer adlibs, recorded endorsements and even branded programming slots are now popularly used to increase the consumer-touchpoints of standard Radio schedules. Radio's programming and digital environments also give audiences the perception that advertisers' messages are endorsed by (or part of) a station brand, rather than a commercial message.
Below is a selection of examples where we have worked with Government clients (and other relevant companies) to integrate programming and digital products into Radio campaigns.
