Bridget Moen - Sales Co-ordinator
My role here in Wellington differs slightly to that of the Auckland Sales Co-ordinators as I’m also the Office Manager and general Girl Friday, which also means that no day is ever the same as the next! Whether it be instructing material, typing of proposals or answering the many agency or radio station queries, I provide the most professional and high standard of service possible, and aim to deal with all agency, client and radio station contacts as I would like to be treated. Plucked from obscurity and thrust into the thick of the radio industry in May 2004, this has definitely been a ride I have thoroughly enjoyed and excelled at. Being an integral part of a well-oiled machine takes dedication and a lot of hard work, which I have readily (and happily) provided to help keep the radio industry pumping. All my hard work paid off in 2006, when I was recognized with a Special Commendation for the Associated Craft Award at the NZ Radio Awards. Although I work in a small team (one of two in the Wellington office) I have the full support and backup of other team members in the Auckland and Christchurch offices and am here as backup for them as and when needed as well. I have made some great friends and established fantastic working relationships with people at both Radio Stations and Advertising Agencies. I thoroughly recommend working for The Radio Bureau and the fun, interesting and varied radio industry. |
There is never a dull moment in my role as Sales Co-ordinator with The Radio Bureau Wellington, and that’s what I love about it.
